The candidate

Restart is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Specialist to join our team. The Product Specialist will play a critical role in managing the pre-sales process for our products and services, as well as leading the installation and implementation of our solutions on customer sites. With a focus on interface integration to cross-organisation interoperability programmes. The Product Specialist will provide expert guidance and support to NHS trusts and Integrated Care Systems (ICS), ensuring seamless deployment and optimal performance of our platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the pre-sales process for Restart's integration and technical platforms, including conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and addressing customer inquiries and requirements.
  • Serve as the lead product owner during the installation and implementation of Restart's solutions on customer sites, ensuring smooth deployment and integration with existing systems.
  • Oversee the integration of data across various platforms and systems, facilitating seamless interface integration and cross-organisational interoperability.
  • Develop and implement alerting systems to promptly identify and address any failures or discrepancies in data points, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to NHS trusts and ICS, offering insights and best practices to optimise efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Product to develop and execute the customers' product strategy, aligning with their specific needs and objectives.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, addressing any product-related inquiries or issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments related to healthcare data integration and technical platforms, incorporating insights into product strategy and offerings.
  • Participate in product testing and quality assurance activities, providing feedback and insights to inform product improvements and enhancements.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and documentation to support the promotion and adoption of Restart's products and services.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product management or product specialist roles, preferably within the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of data integration principles and technologies, with experience in managing complex data integration projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across functional teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering high-quality products and services to customers.
